All machines bought from STONEAGE or our authorized sellers come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturer defects.

• Warranty is void if:
• Machine is dropped
• Liquid damage is detected
• Tampering is evident
• DIY parts replacement

Non-Warranty Repairs:
For repairs outside the warranty period, send your device in. We’ll email repair costs before starting.

Service Time:
Please allow up to 15 business days from receipt for diagnosis.
