SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process and ship orders received by 11:00 AM PST on the same business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will ship the next business day, provided items are in stock. All packages come with insurance, and tracking details will be emailed to you upon shipment. Please note, DHL delivers Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.

International Shipping Policy:
We cater to our international customers with DHL shipping included in all product prices. However, orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country (Import Fees).
